£2.35. The approximate cost of a protein bar, is what I lost this week. But, what I gained in knowledge for that two quid, is something I am hoping will help me to reap great rewards, provided I can implement it and then stick to it! Two very difficult things to do when trading live especially as a noob. Only time will tell.
I'll elaborate in my next blog post exactly what this knowledge is that I've gained, as I genuinely believe it will not only help me, but any other new traders who have the same problem I currently do....staying in a trade.
