When I opened my weekly statement ready to edit it (conceal my account number and address) only then did I realise I am up on the week, £1.15 or 2 points. I should be grateful and it should feel like progress, but it feels like stagnation. It's been a tough week as my strategy doesn't fair well in a market that's in a trading range, too many fake-outs. But that is a part of trading and once you recognise that a market is in a range, you should be employing a different strategy as it's not 'one size fits all.'
